why not try add some synth pop to your cup of poetry & folk?

Nov 2015 Reading Series Clocktower

In/Words Magazine presents the Reading Series. Photo by Brian Pirie

Thanks for having me play some tunes, In/Words Magazine! It was great to play to a full bar and meet some talented poets.

Christine and I are so pleased that CBC Nunavut included our song Fault Lines as part of Qulliit Nunavut Status of Women Council’s “Raising Our Voices” campaign to mark International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence against Women and Girls. As you know, violence against women is a cause that is dear to our hearts, and we wrote Fault Lines to support survivors of violence.

Continuing with our love of social activism, Scary Bear Soundtrack will be doing some solo performances at the Phil Ochs Festival daytime workshops next Saturday on December 19 at Southminster Church. This will likely be the band’s last show of 2015, and it’s free! See you there!
